Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Reso app, you may do so using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Delete via App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the app:

1. Open the Reso app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

1. Send an email to vitaflowlab@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Request to Delete Account.
3. In the body of the email, please include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data is removed from our servers. We do not retain any copies of your data for backup purposes after the deletion process is complete.
